Some of the orders have been annexed in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Aryabhatta Knowledge University as Annexure-B series.

The rational and reasoning provided therein also covers the issue raised in the present writ application. The Court is not willing to pass any order either contrary to the regulation or over and above the regulation. Writ application, therefore, is required to be dismissed and it is dismissed.
