The present petition has been preferred for the: issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the concerned respondent authorities to accept the membership fee of Rs. 11/- for Amilona PACS Society from the petitioner which has not been accepted by the concerned authorities even after about one year due to malafide intention.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that even for such a smaller matter to accept the membership fee for Amilona PACS Society, the petitioner is running from pillar to

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if otherwise he is eligible, a decision could have been taken so that he may not have come to this Court.

5. This Court has also gone through the writ petition and found that neither the membership has been accepted nor any decision has been taken for not accepting it and in that background, instead of asking for counter affidavit, it would be appropriate that the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 3, the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Magadh Division, Gaya in next four weeks along with his appropriate petition and all the documents which he has filed till today.

6. If such representation is preferred within next four weeks, a decision has to come within two months of the receipt of the representation of the petitioner by the respondent no. 3.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
