Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. At the very outset, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that an application has been filed on 01.02.2021, for declaring the petitioner as juvenile, before the court of 8th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge POCSO Act which application has not been disposed of as yet. It is fairly submitted that date has been fixed for final hearing. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to with draw the present application with liberty to press the application pending before the Special Court
