JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2018 It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous since the programme under which the appointment of respondent no. 7 was made during petitioner's continuation as Programme Coordinator in Literacy India Mission, 2012 has come to an end in the year 2016. He submits that the only issue which remains is regarding payment of honorarium to the petitioner as he has continued to discharge his duties till 30.04.2013.
