2. State counsel accept notice for respondents. Service of notice to respondent no. 7 is dispensed since no adverse order is passed against her.
3. In the instant petition, petitioner has sought for following reliefs:
"1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or direction to the respondent authorities to
Patna High Court CWJC No.1721 of 2021 dt.24-01-2022 2/2 dispose of both the appeals one pending before the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur and another before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and thereafter to quash the order of the engagement of respondent no. 7 namely Veena Kumari, wife of Sri Birendra Sah, resident of VillageBhutane Ward No. 3, P.O.- Chaumukh, P.S. - Hathauri, Block- Bochaha, DistrictMuzaffarpur and thereafter to appoint the petitioner to the post of Anganwadi Sevika by issue an appropriate order or direction."
4. The appellate authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's appeal, which is stated to be pending, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order after due ample opportunity of hearing to Respondent No. 7- Veena Kumari and petitioner.
5. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
