Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi PS Case No. 197 of 2013 for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Explosive Substance Act.

In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR and also taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has criminal antecedents of 18 cases, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
