The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.217 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 330 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that they are committed theft in the house of the informant and assaulted the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there was theft of some articles and injuries are simple in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26167 of 2018 (3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 5th, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 217 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, on the condition that one of the bailor should be local bailor.
