The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Laukaha P.S.Case no. 11 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a case and counter case as is evident from Annexures 1 and 2.From perusal of Annexure 3 it transpired that the injuries are simple in nature. Para 3 of the petition reads as follows:

"That, the antecedent of the petitioners, is free from all blames and their names have never been figured

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19832 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 in any criminal case prior to the present case." Counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the case and counter case, let above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/.surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. III, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with Laukaha P.S.Case no. 11 of 2017 (G.R.No. 130 of 2017), subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
