Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Balia P.S.Case No. 110 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. As per FIR allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant by butt portion of pistol and there is allegation against one Sushil Yadav of firing to the aunt of informant, due to which she succumbed to the injuries. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that altercation took place with respect to harvesting of maize and there is allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant by butt portion of pistol and there is no repetition and

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Balia P.S.Case No. 110 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
