Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a retired Judicial Officer and later on, he was appointed on the post of Members of the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Lakhisarai, Bihar. and, as such, the defect as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter to verify the subject matter, don't want to contradict the noting of the stamp reporter and, as such, he seeks permission to make necessary correction in course of the day.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on

Patna High Court CWJC No.10428 of 2024(2) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in course of the day.

4. Learned counsel submitted that since the primary relief sought for by the petitioner is for disposal of his representation which is pending before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of in accordance with law, or in alternative, the petitioner may be allowed to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned.

5. Considering the aforesaid specific submission made on behalf of petitioner, the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner which is pending before him or in case, petitioner files a fresh representation, then in that case also, he is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law well within a period of six weeks.
