JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2018 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of causing death of the deceased.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is married Nanad of the decease and has falsely been roped in this case and further there is no eye witness of the occurrence.. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer on the ground that the deceased before her death has taken the name of the petitioner, who set her on fire.
Having heard both sides, considering the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26136 of 2018 (3) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, this application is accordingly dismissed.
