In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 323, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that when the informant and his father were in the field of one Radha Mohan Singh, the accused came and started assaulting the father of informant. When the informant intervened, he was also assaulted by the accused including Laxman Sahni and later on, during altercation, the accused person strangulated the father of informant and he started raising voice, but ultimately he died in his courtyard.
