JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1579 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they have snatched the money from the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that both the family members have been implicated in the complaint case and though they have been made accused in one case but the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26387 of 2018 (3) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 case is for the same occurrence.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubJudge-XIV-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1579 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions are that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
