The petitioner has prayer for the following reliefs: "That this writ application has been filed in the light of Tarkik order of Secretary Rural Department Bihar Government Patna and Special Secretary of Government of Bihar letter no. 240210 dated 30.07.2015 and D.M. Lakhisarai order no. 03/2012-13 dated 29.10.2012 about Chanan Block head quarter at Banubagicha, District-Lakhisarai,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15277 of 2019(3) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 Munger Division. Representation by petitioner has been given concerning his letter.

According to Bihar govt. notification no.

1867 dated 16.03.1993 and further 9251 dated 16.03.2003 Chanan Block headquarter at Banubagicha District-Lakhisarai Munger Division Bihar, Chanan Block Headquarter Banubagicha is situated in centre place of Kiul-Jamui well maintained main road equipped with all sufficient facilities along with ten rooms for office and quarter with boundary wall in about six acres Chanan Block at Banubagicha, so that govt. notification may run in existence in lieu of other place such as veterinary hospital and Kaaramchan quarter at Etaun Mananpura and disputed land at Rampur."

3. The petitioner has earlier moved this Court in CWJC No. 5827 of 2012, which was disposed of by this Court on 23.04.2012. Pursuant to that order, the impugned order dated 17.07.2015 has been passed by which it has been held that the headquarter of the new block to be changed and it will be at "Rampur". This decision was taken because of the law and order situation and the matter was pending before the Government. The petitioner cannot insist for the headquarter of the new block at a particular place.
