In light of the fact that partition suit no. 54 of 2018 is pending between the parties for the same set of land; the petitioner may wait for the outcome of the partition suit no. 54

Patna High Court CWJC No.10289 of 2023(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 of 2018, which is pending for consideration before the competent Court of law for the same set of land and petitioner had already appeared in the said proceeding and despite of that he has suppressed the said fact and has filed the present writ petition.
