The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been granted capital subsidy under Bihar Industrial Policy, 2011. According to him even the the decision of the Director, Industries, Bihar, Patna (Annexure-1 to the writ petition), is

Patna High Court CWJC No.1896 of 2021(7) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 arbitrary in nature.

We have asked the learned counsel for the respondents that if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Industries, Bihar, Patna, whether he will hear the matter and take a decision as per law.

The learned State counsel readily agrees.

The leaned counsel for the petitioner is also agreeable to this proposition.

So we, hereby, dispose off the writ petition with observation that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Industries, Bihar, Patna within a period of two weeks, all aspect of the matter shall be looked into and a decision shall be taken thereon within a period of four weeks of filing the representation. The same shall be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
