2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have stolen a Motorcycle and were caught red handed.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in jail since 20.03.2024 and have no criminal history.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Saraiya Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
