2. The matter has been heard out of turn on the basis of motion slip being filed by learned counsel for the petitioners on 03.06.2021, which was allowed.

3. Heard Ms. Vaishnavi Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) for the State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during pendency of the application, all the four petitioners have been arrested and, thus, the petition has become infructuous. She further submitted that it appears that the petitioner no. 4 is aged only about 16 years and, thus, the Court may grant liberty

5. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
