2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3311(C) of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The FIR itself shows that it is a dispute of money transaction between the parties and the ultimate remedy lies before the civil court and not before the criminal court.
