2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. The prosecution case , in brief, is that informant solemnized the marriage of his daughter with this petitioner Vijay Ram. After marriage , petitioner along with in laws of informant's daughter started demanding Rs. 2,00,000/- as dowry. Due to nonfulfillment of the same , she was tortured and ill treated. It is further alleged that on 06.10.2023, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner committed murder of informant's daughter.

4. Petitioner is husband of the deceased. In this case charge has already been framed and during trial informant of the case who is father of the deceased has not supported the prosecution case . Petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2024 .
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, period of custody and other circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 21st Additional Sessions Judge Motihari East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.
