JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 12-04-2017 This modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3538 of 2017.

It has been submitted that inadvertently in the bail application i.e. Cr. Misc. No.3538 of 2017, father‟s name of both the petitioners were written as „late Abdul Azeem‟ and accordingly, same is typed in the order dated 06.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3538 of 2017, by which the petitioners were granted bail. Correct father‟s name of the petitioners is "Md. Aleem".

This modification application has been filed to make necessary correction in the father‟s name of the petitioners. From perusal of the First Information Report, it appears that father‟s name of both the petitioners is "Md.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16381 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 Aleem".

In such circumstances, cause title of the order dated 06.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3538 of 2017 is modified to the extent that in place of „late Abdul Azeem‟, it should be read as "late Md. Aleem".

Four weeks‟s further time from today is extended for surrender of the petitioners in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.287 of 2016, in terms of the order dated 06.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3538 of 2017.

This modification application is, accordingly, allowed.
