2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 942 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 309(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown criminals attempted to commit loot and in the course of doing so, started assaulting the informant and others, however, due to the hulla raised, members of the public arrived and the criminals fled away. During investigation, it has transpired that the petitioner is an accused in a case of murder and is also a member of a gang indulging in committing loot. Other materials collected during investigation also indicate that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46547 of 2025(3) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 participated in the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2025.
