2. Appellants apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 86C of 2018, registered for the offence punishable u/s 452, 384, 504/34 of the IPC and Section 3 (i) (r) (s), pending in the court of learned Special Judge SC/ST (POA) Act, Begusarai.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
