On 15.05.2023 also there was no representation when the matter was taken up by a coordinate bench. The petition has been filed against the order dated 05.04.2019 passed by the Joint Election Commissioner, Bihar, Patna in Case No.57 of 2018 whereby and whereunder the Joint Election Commissioner, Bihar, Patna was being pleased to disqualify the name of the petitioner from the post of member Panchayat Committee.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13665 of 2019(3) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 Election Commission that with the passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous and fresh election has also taken place.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
