2. The instant application has been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt for violation of the directions contained in the order dated 11.2.2021 passed in CWJC no.20523 of 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 4 and 5 submits that the direction contained in the order passed in the writ application have been complied with and show cause filed online. A printed copy of the same is available in the records of the case. It is further submitted that the original copy of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1766 of 2021(4) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 show cause will be filed by 6.11.2023.

4. Having perused the contents of the show cause specially the minutes of the meeting dated 5.5.2023 brought on record as Annexure-A to the show cause, the Court is satisfied with the substantial compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 11.2.2021 passed in the writ application.

5. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, in the opinion of the Court, no contempt is made out and the application stands disposed of.
