2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 08.01.2025, seeks regular bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 370, 371, 363, 374 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the minor son of the informant was kidnapped and made to work in a bangle factory in Hyderbad forcibly.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had helped the family of the victim and got the son of the informant employed in Hyderabad. He further submits that co-accused Jaidul Paswan has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 13996/2023 dated 28.07.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. I have heard and considered the submissions of the parties.

7. The petitioner is involved in child trafficking. Though this Court had granted regular bail to co-accused Jaildul Paswan vide Cr. Misc. No. 13996/2023 dated 28.07.2023 but in view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pinki Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported as 2025 SCC OnLine SC 781, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
