This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 498A, 341, 342, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The petitioner is relation of husband. There is general and omni bus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same.
Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated just to harass.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17688 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar, Sub Judge IV-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
