Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 239 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, some unknown criminals snatched the motorcycle and mobile set of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot. Nothing was

The co-accused in whose statement the name of petitioner has figured, has been granted regular bail. He has submitted further that though dozens of cases are registered against the petitioner, but in all the cases, either he has been acquitted or has been granted regular bail. He has also submitted that co-accused, Deepak Nut and Guddu Kumar have been granted regular bail on the similar ground and those co-accused persons have also criminal antecedents.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that other co-accused persons on the similar footing have been granted regular bail, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 239 of 2021, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
