The petitioner is aggrieved by disconnection of electricity supply to his premises.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to avail the remedy of appeal before the Assistant Engineer, respondent no. 4 herein.

In case the petitioner does so within three days from today, the Assistant Engineer shall decide his appeal within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.16538 of 2021(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 week thereafter. This shall be subject to deposit of 50% amount demanded from him.

No question of limitation or delay in filing the appeal by the petitioner shall be allowed to stand in his way. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
