Patna High Court MJC No.209 of 2016 (4) dt.12-09-2018 case was also tagged had already been dismissed in the year 2014 and the appeal preferred against the order of dismissal of writ application has also failed.

In the aforementioned circumstance the consequential order was passed. The contempt application cannot proceed in the given facts and circumstance.
