The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 17028 of 2013, which stood dismissed due to non- compliance of peremptory order dated : 19.09.2013. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, the same is allowed.

Let C.W.J.C. No. 17028 of 2013 be restored to its

Patna High Court MJC No.1156 of 2016(3) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 original file , provided that the order dated : 19.09.2013 is complied within a period of three weeks from today. Meaning thereby that if within a period of three weeks from today supplementary affidavit in view of the order dated -19.09.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17028 of 2013 is not filed, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 17028 of 2013 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
