This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Khajauli P.S. Case No.105 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 630 litres of illicit liquor from a Bolero vehicle.

The petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 02.06.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
