The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 302, 429, 435, 506, 447 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In pursuance to the order dated 31.08.2022, status report in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 190 of 2020 has been received and kept at Flag-R, in which it is reported that case record of Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 190 of 2020 has been committed to the court of Sessions on 07.09.2022. Considering the present stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 190 of 2020 pending before the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistate, Begusarai.
