JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 02-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No.03 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 448 and 354-B Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.

As per the written report, this petitioner caught hold the breast of the informant from back side and tried to put her down on the ground with intention to make sexual assault on her and also torn her blouse. The informant raised halla then Radha Devi and others arrived at the place of occurrence and thereafter petitioner fled away.

In this manner, there is specific allegation against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15962 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 the petitioner.

In view of such, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer is rejected.

The petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
