2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that private respondent nos. 7 to 9 are trying to dispossess their property and the respondent nos. 1 to 6 are helping to respondent nos. 7 to 9. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with

Patna High Court CWJC No.17911 of 2019(3) dt.03-04-2025 2/2 liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation for redressal of her grievances before the concerned authority.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners, as prayed for.
