The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the serious nature of the offence as also the fact that name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation and the learned Sessions Judge has recorded a finding that there are sufficient materials against the petitioner in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13946 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 2 / 2 petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
