The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 336, 427, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Darbhanga.

The prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 03.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3807 of 2017 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30492 of 2018(2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
