2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arising out of Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 975 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is one of the conspirator who has participated in the killing of the deceased. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner has provided weapon from which the deceased was killed. The petitioner is in jail since 17.04.2023. Considering the material available against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
