The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 188 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

On recovery of 203.250 liters of Nepali liquor from the hut of the petitioner, the petitioner is being prosecuted in the present case.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2021. The petitioner denies that the hut belongs to him. In any view of the matter, considering the nature of

No.54958 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 accusation, the period of custody of the petitioner and taking into account that the only case in which he was made accused prior to the lodging of this case, he is on bail, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with G.O.
