Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous land dispute. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The injury report shows that the injury caused to the informant is simple in nature. The petitioners have got no

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
