The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2021 dated 31.05.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, a loaded country made pistol and few cartridges have been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2021. Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner and taking into account that he was not made accused in any criminal case whatsoever before lodging of the present case, he is is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54963 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2021.
