The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No. 336 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 337, 338, 326, 341, 342, 307, 427, 436, 379, 353 and 333 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Sub-Inspector of Barauni (Refinery) Police Station alleged that two persons were dashed by a speeding truck and for that, strong mob of 500-700 assembled and indulged in writing arson. Injured Police also resorted to fire and in the said firing, a child was killed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a member of the mob and no specific allegation is

Tarique Anwar @ Tarique Anwar @ Jhanwwar @ Farhan Siddiqui @ Jabbar has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 44806 of 2016 on 19th January 2017. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Sanjay Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- within two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No. 336 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Mahesh/- U T
