2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 120 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19043 of 2024.

4. The following order was passed on 02.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 19043 of 2024 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 120 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has participated in a loot of a motorcycle, mobile etc.

4. One looted mobile has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has been identified in the Test Identification Parade. He is in jail since 13.10.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been identified in the Test Identification Parade, I am not inclined togrant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

5. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda through the learned APP for the State, Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay

6. Since, the Trial is going on, this Court does not find any reason to review its earlier order. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
