21-08-2018 Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 6 submits that he has already deposited the cost amount of Rs. 10,000/- with the Legal Services Authority, Patna High Court on 28.04.2015 itself, therefore this contempt application is totally misconceived and vexatious. A receipt showing such payment has been produced before this court. Let it be kept on record. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this contempt application stands dismissed.
