Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016 registered under Sections 448,341,323,307,504 and 379/34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case due to land dispute. From the injury report it appears that injury is simple in nature. Also the parties have compromised. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
