The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 325/379/504/506/307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13734 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 Code.
For land dispute accused named in the F.I.R.
allegedly committed assault against the informant and others. Submission is that false case is there including allegation of commission of theft due to land dispute. No injury has been found on any vital part of any of the injured. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Kumar Krishnadeo, learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/Successor Court in connection with Marauna Police Station Case No.115 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With further condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
