The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 566 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation that the petitioner was in possession of illegal arms but the recovery is said to have been made from the joint family house of the house and not from the possession of the petitioner.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12428 of 2016 (3) dt.27-04-2016 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 566 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
