2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Recovery is of 9 litres of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Exclusive Excise Court No.-I, Sitamarhi in connection with Rail P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024.

8. The petitioner will visit Riga Police Station on the first & third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
