JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the order of this Court dated 22.06.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5690 of 2001 has been complied with inasmuch as the Collector, Begusarai by an order dated 06.07.2018 has directed for release of the land bearing Khesra No. 1889 in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Begusarai to ensure publication of the necessary notification with regard to the release of the aforesaid land within a period of four weeks from today.
