The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 175 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act Prosecution case in brief is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant and his son and looted cash from the shop of informant and other shop-keepers. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. There is no injury report on the record. Counsel for the State however, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
